This is the first time I'm posting on my workout plan.
As it stands so far, here is what I have (Keep in mind I came up with this myself and I haven't discussed it with a professional trainer, yet)
25-30 Squats
30-50 Handstand Push-Ups (Assisted)
10-15 Pullups
30-50 Situps
x-x Lunges
20-30 Dumbbell Lifts
This is completely open to revision and probably will be revised at some point.
As of 4/10/11 without flexing.
