Went out and had a nice brunch with my Brother, Mom, and my girlfriend. Later went to a park and I did some light training there to test my knee's and they felt pretty good. Hopefully by next Friday I'll be completely 100% again, as it's looking that way.
What I ate today
- Banana
- Brazil Nuts
- Omelette with spinach, tomato, onion, and bacon
- Orange Juice
- Sardines
- Protein Bar
- Shrimp Stirfry (Carrots, onions, broccoli and shrimp in a peanut sauce)
I think today was an A? A-?
School starts up again tomorrow so we'll have to see how lunches go. I think I'm going to start packing my own xD
